1. About These Terms

These terms govern the relationship between Rungroj ("we", "us", "our") and any person who enrols in a course or uses our website ("you", "learner"). They form the agreement between us and apply from the point of enrolment.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify enrolled learners by email and update the date above. Continued participation in your course following a material update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Our Courses

Rungroj currently offers the following courses:

• Introduction to AI Development — ฿1,900, approximately eight weeks, beginner level
• Hands-On Machine Learning — ฿6,300, approximately ten to twelve weeks, intermediate level
• Complete AI Systems Track — ฿12,500, several months, advanced level

Course descriptions, durations, and pricing on our website are indicative. Minor adjustments to content or pacing may occur during delivery in response to learner needs. We will notify you of any material changes to a course you have already enrolled in.

3. Enrolment and Eligibility

Enrolment is open to individuals aged 18 and over. By enrolling, you confirm that you are the age of majority in your country of residence (or have parental consent where applicable) and that the information you provide is accurate.

We reserve the right to decline an enrolment at our discretion, for example where we have concerns about suitability for a particular course level. In such cases, we will refund any payment received in full.

4. Payment

Fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full prior to course access. We currently accept payment by bank transfer and PromptPay. Payment instructions are provided after you submit your enrolment enquiry.

Enrolment is confirmed once payment is received and acknowledged by us. If payment is not received within five business days of enquiry, your place may be made available to other learners.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand circumstances can change. Our policy is as follows:

• Before course access is granted: A full refund is available on request.
• Within the first seven days of course access: A refund of 75% of the course fee is available if you have not yet submitted any assessed work.
• After seven days or following submission of assessed work: We are unable to offer a refund, but we will work with you to find a reasonable resolution where the reason for withdrawal is serious and unforeseen.

To request a cancellation, contact us at [email protected] with your name and course details. Refunds are processed within ten business days.

6. Course Access and Delivery

On confirmed enrolment, you will receive login details and access to your course materials. Materials are provided for your personal study only and must not be shared, redistributed, or made available to others.

You will be assigned a mentor who will provide feedback on your practice tasks and support your progress. Response times for mentor feedback are typically within one to two business days, though this may vary during public holidays.

Access to course materials remains available for three months after your course's scheduled end date, giving you time to review content at your own pace.

7. Your Responsibilities

To get the most from your course and to maintain a considerate learning environment, you agree to:

• Engage with materials and tasks honestly and as your own work
• Treat mentors and any fellow learners with respect in all communications
• Use the course platform and materials only for your own learning
• Notify us promptly if you need to pause your course due to illness or other serious circumstances
• Keep your login details confidential and not share access with others

We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access where these responsibilities are not met, without refund, where the behaviour is serious.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials — including lessons, exercises, code examples, and feedback documents — are the intellectual property of Rungroj. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning during and after your enrolment period.

Work you produce during the course (code, projects, assignments) remains your own. You grant us permission to use anonymised excerpts as examples in future course materials, unless you ask us not to.

9. Limitation of Liability

We take care in the design and delivery of our courses and aim to support your progress as well as we can. However, we cannot accept responsibility for:

• Outcomes in employment, freelance work, or other professional endeavours following completion of a course
• Technical difficulties outside our control (internet outages, device issues) that affect your access to materials
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of course materials

Our liability to you in connection with any course is limited to the fee you paid for that course. Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable Thai law.

10. Privacy and Data

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you confirm that you have read and understood how we use your data.

11. Course Pauses and Extensions

If a serious personal circumstance means you cannot continue your course for a period, please contact us. We review these requests on a case-by-case basis and will do our reasonable best to accommodate a pause or extension where the situation warrants it. A pause does not affect the course fee already paid.

12. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please contact us at [email protected]. We take all concerns seriously and aim to respond within five business days. If we cannot resolve the matter to your satisfaction, we will explain what further steps are available to you.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
